Frog Pad Designs believes decor is an art form that can contribute and transform an event into an experience. At the heart of Frog Pad Design’s visions is the need to create beauty while using materials that are eco-conscious. To do this, each event has decor unique to it which is curated through thrifting, using up-cycled materials, and creating.
To support this mission, our prices are based upon the time and the level of trust that customers place in the vision of Frog Pad Designs. Our prices are not the cost of materials as this is not a decor rental company. This is a company committed to creating artful events where the decor is a memorable guest.
Pricing
Our pricing is based upon three variables:
Time
The amount of time between when you contract with Frog Pad Designs and when the event occurs.
Trust
The amount of trust you are willing to place in the vision of Frog Pad Designs
Transparency
All prices are posted on our website. Prices are for the event size stipulated in the type of event description. Events that exceed the number of guests in this description will have an additional guest fee. Events that require real flowers will have a set flower fee based upon event type and size.
All event packages will require you to provide the following information; the reason for the event, the event location, the anticipated number of guests, and the theme (if you don’t have a theme, that is ok!), and the amount of time Frog Pad Designs will have to set-up and break down the decor.
All event packages will come with a minimum of table cloths and center pieces. Fundraisers, celebrations, and weddings will come with photo backdrops or vignettes. Tablescapes will come with place settings which include a large dinner plate, drink ware, and cutlery.
Fundraiser
Prices are based upon an event with up to 100 guests, up to 10 guest tables, and up to 10 fundraising tables.
Trust the Designer allows Frog Pad Designs artistic control of the decor within the parameters of the vibe or theme you provide.
Collaborative Designs allows for your collaboration on the color scheme and input on the specific decor.
Real flower charge is $400.00 for any event package. Additional guest charge is $40.00 for every additional 10 guests.
Celebrations
Prices are based upon an event with up to 100 guests, up to 10 guest tables, and up to five additional tables for food and/or gifts.
Trust the Designer allows Frog Pad Designs artistic control of the decor within the parameters of the vibe or theme you provide.
Collaborative Designs allows for your collaboration on the color scheme and input on the specific decor.
Real flower charge is $400.00 for any event package. Additional guest charge is $40.00 for every additional 10 guests.
Weddings
Prices are based upon an event with up to 100 guests, up to 10 guest tables, and up to five additional tables for food and/or gifts.

Collaborative Designs allows for your collaboration on the color scheme and input on the specific decor.
Real flower charge is $700.00 for any event package. Flowers do not include flowers for the wedding party.
Additional guest charge is $40.00 for every additional 10 guests.
Table settings may be included upon consultation with Frog Pad Designs for an additional fee.
Tablescapes
Prices are based upon an event with up to 10 guests and up to 2 tables.

Real flower charge is $50.00 for any event package.
Additional guest charge is $10.00 for every additional guest over 10.
